At Liftrucks, we aim to provide high-quality forklift parts and services to meet your needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights to return products and receive refunds under certain circumstances.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or special-order parts.
  • Electrical components that have been installed.
  • Services that have already been provided or completed.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to send your product.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the product’s condition.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@liftrucks.in.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
